HOW TO CONSUME:
There are two bottles in a set, One pink and one white.
Each bottle consists of 60 tablets.
For the first month tablets are to be consumed twice a day. 1 pink tablet and 1 white
chewed or swallowed together before bedtime.
Avoid coffee, tea, coconut drinks and especially gassy drinks.
Please drink plenty of plain water.
Best with lukewarm water and in empty stomach.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
